The Four Seasons: Winter and Summer

When I was in grade school, my family would regularly gift me classical CDs for Christmas and other holidays. Out of all those CDs, Antonio Vivaldi's The Four Seasons stood the test of time. I wasn't picky about which of the seasons I loved the most; I only remember loving the fact that the violin concerti evoked beautiful scenic pictures. It wasn't until my post-college years that I would develop a personal taste for the two seasons "Winter" and "Summer."
